Having faced addiction in her own family, and having worked through her own recovery with Al-Anon, Imelda truly understands what it takes to get sober and stay sober. A big part of what it takes, she says, is a strong family.
Dr. Jamie Guerrero, PhD, CP
Dr. Guerrero, a primary therapist for Beachside Rehab, brings to his role a wealth of experience helping diverse clinical populations address life challenges. Committed to integrating emotional and cognitive understanding while simultaneously encouraging creativity, Dr. Guerrero employs a number of action experiential methods to foster authentic responses to experiences and situations. His methodology is rooted in connecting with clients to elicit honest emotions sometimes repressed during more traditional therapy.
Michal Andries, LMHC, CCFP
Michal Andries, primary therapist at Beachside Rehab, says she finds deep satisfaction in working directly with clients to help improve their lives. Respecting each person and eliciting his or her strengths, Michal adds, is key to developing highly effective, individualized recovery plans.

As clinical director for Beachside Rehab, Tabitha’s mission is to offer patients empowering support. Dr. Paul R. Hebig, MD
Dr. Paul Hebig, medical director for Beachside Rehab, is a psychiatric specialist with nearly a dozen years of diverse medical experience. He assists clients in their recovery process by partnering with them to develop the safest evidence-based treatment plan for their individual needs. His nonjudgmental approach is one that helps clients discover in themselves the strength and courage essential to their living sober, happy lives.
