She brings a wealth of experience and expertise in clinical leadership, patient safety, and quality assurance. “I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where our patients can thrive,” says Kalie. “Ensuring compliance and maintaining quality standards are essential to providing the best possible care.”

Kalie has served in various pivotal roles within the mental health and substance abuse treatment field throughout Florida. Most recently, she was the assistant clinical director, where she oversaw the clinical department, supported the development of the clinical team, provided weekly supervision to clinicians, ensured compliance with ACHA and DCF standards, and supported crisis interventions.
